This year, as usual, we had our Vegetable Market Day. But this time we really went global. We launched a project - TreeTwinning.
In this project following the Green Vision (Harithadarshan) of our virtuous leader Fr. Mathew Kallingal, we decided to present our project at Global Education Conference, OZeLIVE.
Our Trainer and Mentor is Sebastian Panakal, a Wiki Facilitator and an active member of Hello Little World Skypers. He is an Educational Entrepreneur, a Technology Evangelist and a good human being. He is currently working on his pet project: Social Networking Homes. But for his support, we would not have made it.
He is always ready to help. "This is an exciting period in the history of the world. Hi-tech, Low-tech and No-tech have opportunities to lead a life of dignity, richly satisfying" he says.
He designs income generating opportunities to people of all ages and stages. God has given us resources to live happily. "If you are born poor, it is not your mistake. If you die poor, it is your mistake" he says.

Assisi Adventure!!
I had scheduled my travel to Bangalore to meet my family on Saturday, February 28, happy in the thought that I can present on Sunday 1 March '15 as scheduled. But there was a last minute change and the presentation was scheduled for Saturday, a very busy day at school!
Ancy Anand and Suja Sam were looking after the "Harithadarshan" stalls. They were the "meet and greet" team as families, grand parents of Assisi students too had been invited to school's fun and frolic that day. How could they excuse themselves from their beloved students. They would not dream of letting down the students, come what may!
In the end, Sebastian decided to present from Skillmap, his training venue near Assisi. That way, teachers could excuse themselves for 10 minutes in turn, join OZeLIVE Global Education Conference, have their say and rush back to school. Thank you Sebastian for your help.
